The fact I like the most about Natalie is that she is super punctual, she is excellent listener and she will follow your instructions about your pet literally as you said, she keeps me updated about my dogs after every walk followed by the pictures. She manages to get me surprised almost every day with her ideas for my dogs, how initiative she is, how much she cares about details eventhough I never wanted to bother her with minor requests cause for me is the most important that she is punctual and responsible with my dogs, however she always makes a step forward doing the things exactly the same way I would do it and without even having to ask her for it. She is very pleasant, quiet girl who listens carefully what are your wishes when it comes to routine of your pets,which for me came as a true relief after having an irresponsible dog sitter before Natalie. Since I am traveling every few days for business purposes, Natalie is definitely right person to look after my dogs from now on ❤
