From my very first contact with Bettina I felt relaxed and comfortable with her. She is so kind and thoughtful, and very considerate of any requests or points I made regarding my cats habits, likes and dislikes. On our first meet and greet, although I knew my cat Oro would be very shy and hide, she welcomed him with some special cat treats and within minutes he was curious to come out and meet her. Once the booking began, I received daily communication from Bettina through texts, videos and photos of Oro and I could see how happy and at ease he was with her. It’s very obvious that Bettina’s kindness and her experience with cats enables her to read a cat’s mind! Bettina went the extra mile and I was more than happy to trust her with Oro. Highly recommended. I cannot thank her enough.

I had to leave my kitty for 9 days and Bettina has been so caring while I was away. She took great care of him, sending me lots of pictures and videos, she also installed small camera so I could watch my kitty online! I’m not worried to travel anymore ☺️ Thanks a lot Bettina!

Bettina was absolutley amazing with our cat Ishka. She really understands cats and kept us updated with regular messages and videos. She also set up a video stream so that we could check in on Ishka whenever we wanted to. We highly recommend Bettina and we will defintely be booking her again for future vacations. Any cat would be lucky to be looked after by Bettina.

She is so professional and caring. I left my cat for 19 days at her house, she used to send me updates and photos for my cat on daily basis. I highly recommend her and would ask for her services again and every time. Thank you so much

Words can’t express how grateful I am to Bettina,, she’s really as good as gold, she took care of my cat while I had to go on a four days trip abroad,, the first time my cat saw her , she came to her and welcomed her which was not expected at all as she’s very shy and never goes to anyone,, during my days out, Bettina took a very good care and kept sending photos and videos everyday , thank you so much Bettina,,you are the best ,, I will always recommend her , Bettina is the best i’ve Ever known , so professional , kind helper and a really expert loving pet caring person , again will always recommend her for everyone.

Bettina is amazing! My boys loved her, she was so caring and loving towards them. I got the most lovely updates daily on how they were getting on, what they had been doing etc. Even when one of them was a little sick one of the days she investigated for me and was so attentive making sure he was OK. Will absolutely book with her again and recommend to anyone else looking!

It was the first time for our fur baby to be away from home - and from us, so going on an almost 3 weeks vacation made me very uncomfortable and worried if I would find the right place and person. Finding Bettina took all those worries away. More than dedicated, attentive and loving she took care of our Nacho, gave advise and made him feel at home - the daily pictures and videos we received proved he was in the right hands! I can only recommend her and I would entrust her with sitting Nacho anytime again. Thank you !

Bettina was absolutely fantastic! We received so many photos and videos from every visit, and you could clearly see how much Kismet loved spending time with her, and just how much time Bettina did spend every time she went to see her. They played and cuddled tons! We will definitely be using Bettina again for the next time we go out of town.

Bettina is absolutely wonderful. She did home visits for my 2 babies and they took no time to open up to her, especially the super shy one. She knows her job very well, understands cats and takes care of their needs. She sent me pics and videos everyday and her work was perfect. I would totally recommend Bettina as your go to sitter so that you can enjoy your vacation peacefully knowing your babies are in safe hands.

I had flown down Amora from Boston just a month before Bettina agreed to watch her. She had some separation anxiety, and wasn't as friendly as she usually is. But Bettina gave her her space to warm up to her, and took great care of her! She updated me every day with videos and I could tell Amora was happy. Definitely recommend; I'd plan my travel around Bettina's availability if I could!

I'm back and more than happy to look after your furry friend(s) while you enjoy your vacation. A meet up in advance to see what your cat(s) need(s) and your expectation is something I'm more than happy to do. I am open to catsit in other communities as well e.g. JVC, Dubai Marina, JGE, Dubai South etc. Just reach out and we can discuss it. And it doesn't matter to me if you have 1 or 4 cats. The price won't change :) More about me and my journey to become a pet sitter: Since I was litte I had a cat and couldn't imagine living without one. When I moved to Dubai it was out of the question for me leaving my furry friend behind and so he went on his big adventure with me... Since we moved in 2016 we added a few more furry friends :) Whoever is a bit active in the community knows about the stray cat situation and as I couldn't just look away I got active. I love animals since I can think of and as a cat mummy I know how hard it is to leave them behind when going on vacation, because you just want them to be happy. But finding someone you can trust and who sends you updates every now and then was not easy for me in the beginning and definitely not as easy as I hoped it would be.... So I thought let's be a cat sitter yourself and help others who have / had the same problem:)
Experience
It all started with my first cat. Overall I must say I was blessed as we had 18 wonderful years together. But whoever has a furry friend knows it was not long enough.... After I was a bit older I started taking care of my neighbors pets when they were traveling. I consider myself as lucky because I had the chance to look after a big variety of different pets - fish, mice, guinea pigs, rabbits, cats and even a parrot. During my last years in school and my studies I wanted to change something and so I started helping out at a local shelter during holiday season. Since I am here I am involved in TNR programs and started fostering. There are always a few cats/kittens at my place :) Animals were/are always a big part of my life.
